Nollywood actress Sarah Martins is calling for serious healing for her colleague, Anita Joseph and her ex-husband, MC Fish.

Sharing a video from her link-up with Anita, where she spoke about her crashed marriage, she said the former couple needs serious healing at Isa Amira Foundation.

“I’m of the opinion that MC Fish and Anita Joseph need serious healing with Isa Amira Empowerment Foundation”.

Responding, Anita noted how life is a phase, and her marriage to MC Fish was a phase.

“Life is a phase, and this was a phase. Shalom”.

In other news, Martins said one should marry a rich man, explaining that by wealth, she doesn’t mean a bank account but character. She said one’s partner should be rich in humour, discipline, strength, love, kindness and piety.

Giving her two cents on Audrey Cyril’s wedding saga, Sarah said she would have gone ahead with the wedding and wouldn’t leave her man, because he isn’t gãy. According to her, the biggest betrayal or heartbreak is having to compete with other men for your man.

The movie star addressed her gënder who are fond of saying men are scums. She told them to stop using the word ‘scum’.

Sometimes back, Sarah broke down on social media as she spoke on the struggles of a faithful woman. She noted how some women are going through a lot in their marriages as their husbands sleep with different women yet find it difficult to touch their wives. Sarah sent a message to men pleading to pay attention to their women.

The Asaba actress had countered Solomon Buchi’s claims that most virgin women are happier and last longer in marriages. Sharing her experience, she revealed that she got married at 19, and that did not stop her from leaving after it threatened her health. She also went on to express that there is nothing unique about being a virgin.

Martins had cautioned ladies listening to advice on social media, as she encouraged them on the need to be productive. She stated that the only woman she considers sexy is a productive woman as she expressed how sickening she feels seeing women encouraging others to depend solely on me.

A month ago, Sarah recalled how she turned down a marriage proposal despite the man booking an entire cinema for just the two of them where he proposed. Sarah said she has seen a lot in relationships and isn’t ready for one.

Sarah Martins had sent a message to marriage shamers, questioning why they were still shaming women who choose to stay unmarried. Martins said she would rather stay single and enjoy her peace than be pressured into a marriage of convenience.

Last year, in a social media post, the upcoming actress questioned why women shame others for being unmarried. She noted how she was on set hustling when a troll decided to shame her. Sarah admonished women to do better.
