Mercy Eke is a Nigerian reality TV star, entrepreneur and actress. Fans call her Lambo, and her 2019 Big Brother Naija win made her one of the most successful ex-housemates in the show's history.
Early life and education
Chinenyenwa Mercy Eke is from Owerri, Imo State. She graduated from Imo State University and, in 2025, enrolled in an MBA programme. Before fame, she featured as a model in music videos such as Ichaba's "Baby Mama" with Davido.
Big Brother Naija
Mercy auditioned four times before making it into the house. She entered BBNaija Season 4 ("Pepper Dem") on 30 June 2019 and won, becoming the first woman to win the show. Afrokonnect describes her prize as a ₦60 million package. She returned for the 2023 All Stars season and finished as first runner-up.
Businesses and acting
